Long Take

Fall, 2003: Technically not a film, but funny none the less, this was a short excercize to familiarize ourselves with the BETA cameras (this being my first time using one) as well as a study of the documentary technique of the "long take". The "long take" is where one leaves the camera running for an extended period of time to tell the story without cuts or editing, to tell the "truth". On a side note, it was filmed right in the middle of Hurricane Isabel, which certainly made things interesting.
